APLIKASI SURAT PERINTAH TUGAS PADA SDN 04 TANJUNG AMAN LAMPUNG UTARA BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract

This study discusses the design and development of a web-based Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT, assignment order letter) application at SDN 04 Tanjung Aman, North Lampung. The management of SPT and Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) at the school was still done manually with Microsoft Word and physical archives, which made letters hard to find, increased the risk of document loss or damage, and slowed down document preparation. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, with data collected through interviews, observation, and literature study. The design was modeled with flowcharts, a use case diagram, activity diagrams, an Entity Relationship Diagram, and a menu structure, and then implemented with PHP and MySQL. The resulting application handles the travel request note (NPPD), administrator verification, SPT and SPPD creation, travel reports (LPD), and travel receipts in one integrated database for three user roles. The application currently runs on localhost, and the documents it produces can be downloaded as PDF files. The application is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of SPT administration at the school. Keywords: Assignment Order Letter, Web-Based Application, Waterfall Method, PHP, MySQL.
