<p style="text-align: justify;">Smart Indonesia Program is assistance in the form of cash provided by the government to students who have difficulty paying tuition fees. As stated in Permendikbud 10 of 2020 concerning the Smart Indonesia Program, PIP funds can be used by students to meet all educational needs such as buying school supplies, transportation costs, pocket money to competency tests. The purpose of PIP itself is to<br>help school-age children from underprivileged families to complete education, either through non-formal channels, namely Package A, Package C and special education. Through the PIP program, the government seeks to prevent students from dropping out of school with the PIP. The government also hopes to make students who drop out of school to be able to resume their education. Kotabumi is currently still using the manual method, which requires a high level of accuracy and a long time in comparing one by one the data of prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) and also has more value than a processed system. It can also manually generate data for students who are recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) that are efficient and have high productivity. The purpose of building a Decision Support System (SPK) at SMPN 7 Kotabumi which is later expected to be able to help staff at SMPN 7 Kotabumi easily find students who are entitled to receive the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). <p>The increasingly fierce competition in the business world makes companies <br>have to be smart in looking at the opportunities and needs of the community, so the <br>company issues a Refinancing program for consumers who want to guarantee their <br>vehicles and payments for these vehicles are made in installments. So far, customers <br>who will apply for Refinancing at PT. FIFGROUP Kotabumi must submit the <br>requirements for a photocopy of e-KTP, photocopy of KK, photocopy of income, <br>photocopy of bank statement and photocopy of electricity account. In determining <br>the provision of Refinancing, it is still prioritizing the analysis of employees who are <br>tasked with surveying the condition of consumers who will apply for Refinancing at <br>FIFGROUP Kotabumi, so that in determining credit recipients it is sometimes not <br>objective so that bad loans often occur which hinder the circulation of money at <br>FIFGROUP Kotabumi.<br>Decision Support System (DSS) is one of the company's solutions that help<br>make decisions about consumers who are eligible or not eligible for Refinancing. To <br>design a decision support system, a calculation method is needed that is used to solve <br>problems with many criteria. One of the calculation methods used is the Technique <br>For Others References By Simillarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The basic <br>concept of the TOPSIS method is based on the concept that the best alternative not <br>only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the <br>farthest distance from the negative ideal solution, thus the TOPSIS method is very <br>suitable for calculating the determination of prospective Refinancing recipients. The <br>results of this built decision support system can produce more objective decisions. <br>Resulted in 6 accepted and 4 rejected customers which can be used as a <br>recommendation for determination to PT. <p>Damage and various kinds of computer problems today are very common.<br>This happens because the computer is used too often and lacks maintenance and<br>service. Many of the users are unable to repair damaged computers due to lack of<br>knowledge. A computer expert or technician is a person who can identify and repair<br>computer malfunctions. However, expert availability is not always available.<br>An expert system is a system that can imitate the decision-making ability of an<br>expert. Expert systems make maximum use of knowledge like an expert to solve<br>problems. Therefore, an expert system is needed to help people find out the problem<br>with damage to the computer and the solution. Here the author makes an expert<br>system for identifying computer damage using a Forward Chaining that is very<br>accessible.<br>The application of the computer damage identification expert system<br>implemented by the Forward Chaining runs well and can identify computer damage<br>and provide solutions. Currently, SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung, has also begun to be seen and recognized. As a Vocational High School in North Lampung. In 2020, the total number of students at SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung, is 88 students and the scholarship program in class XII, which involves 20 students, must comply with the rules and criteria that have been used as parameters by SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung. The criteria used consist of 4 criteria, namely, parental income, student grades, KIP cards (Kartu Indonesia Pintar), and extracurriculars. which is still manual by selecting students based on behavior and achievement so that it is less efficient and is still influenced by human traits. In terms of efficiency and accuracy, the manual system is still lacking, so the author makes an idea to create a decision-making system. <p style="text-align: justify;">At the Kotabumi Selatan District Office, North Lampung Regency, the process for selecting the best employees only relies on the collected data and does not use criteria or methods, but only uses the presence or absence of employees, so as to determine who is entitled to become the best employee the results are not in accordance with reality. employees who really do a good job are not even elected as <br>the best members and vice versa employees who are not right get the title. This is because in the selection there is no determination of the best employee weight value so it is less effective and allows the occurrence of inaccurate data and the results will cause suspicion and suspicion of other employees at the Kotabumi Selatan District Office, North Lampung for honesty in selecting employees. The method used for this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used for weight calculation, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, this method is used for employee selection rankings. The results of the calculations using the method with a population of 15 people. From that population for ranking results.
