Abstract

This study develops a strategic information systems plan for SDN 04 Tanjung Aman, North Lampung, using the Architecture Development Method (ADM) of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Observation, an interview with a teacher, and a literature study showed that data in seven business areas, namely new student admission (PPDB), academic processes, student release, school administration, facilities and infrastructure, the computer laboratory, and the library, are managed separately with Microsoft Word and Excel and are not integrated across units. The school also has no strategic plan to guide the development of its information technology. The ADM phases applied were Preliminary, Requirements Management, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, and Migration Planning. The results consist of nine architecture principles, seven groups of data entities, an application portfolio of seven applications (AP-1.1 to AP-1.7), and a technology proposal covering Cat6 cabling, gigabit switches, a Linux-based server, and a MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MsSQL database. A five-year implementation roadmap (2026-2030) was prepared with an estimated budget of Rp23,520,000. The plan gives the school a structured and sustainable guide for developing integrated information systems.
