Computer technology began to be applied in agriculture with the aim of facilitating agricultural activities, such as for automatic watering using a microcontroller.<br>Microcontroller is a chip that functions as an electronic circuit controller and generally can store programs, and consists of CPU, memory, I / O. The design of this tool is based on the Atmega328 Microcontroller which is a chip or Integrated Circuit in which there is a processor and a flash memory that can be read with Arduino Uno.<br>The method used in the automatic watering research on plant media based on Arduino Uno with Prototype. Determining the population, which was previously done using this traditional method, needs to be made a Decision Support System (DSS) that is able to process data from criteria effectively so that it can produce accurate data. The purpose of this decision support system is to be able to determine which residents are truly considered eligible to receive housing assistance. The method used for this research is the Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. This method is used for the selection of livable housing beneficiaries.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The results of the calculation using the sample method used were 15 people with a population of 55. From the sample for ranking results for the Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, the highest score was Taridi with a value of 1 and the lowest value was Supardi with a score of 1 0.2159, and the results of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ranking, the highest ranking value is Taridi with a value of 1.45 and the lowest value is Supardi with a value of 0.95. From the results of calculations using the Maen Square Error (MSE) method for the Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method with 31835.3 results and for the Simple Additive Weighting method with 31608.3 results. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to be able to overcome obstacles regarding delays and inaccuracies in reports related to administrative problems at SMK Septi Jaya. What is done in the ledger is the management of quite a lot of employee visit data where per day they get 10 employee visits consisting of visits to the Village, Village Hall, Health Center and Islamic Boarding School both visit data and administrative data owned by Bukit Kemuning District, resulting in data redundancy, data integration, human error, and late information.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In its development, the waterfall method has several sequential stages, namely: requirements (needs analysis), system design (system design), Coding (coding) &amp; Testing (testing), Verification (Implementation), Maintenance (maintenance).</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; System analysis is the elaboration of a complete system application into various component parts with the intention of being able to identify or evaluate various kinds of problems and obstacles that will arise in the system so that later improvements or development can be made.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; It is hoped that further researchers will add accuracy in making a visit schedule so that they can make decisions. And it can be seen from the data reports that there are very few students who do guidance and counseling. So to overcome this problem the author tries to propose an online guidance and counseling information system that can facilitate students at SMAN 4 Kotabumi.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; The method used for this research is the Waterfall method. The program used to create this program is using Macromedia Dreamweafer, phpmyadmin database using Mysql. Hadi store have problems how to promote products or goods and expand in gettimg customers, both inside and oytside the region.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; This method of selling or marketing electronic goods is manual in the sense that the buyer must come to the store to buy the product.
